Our extended family very much enjoyed our stay in this historic inn. Communication was great both before and during our stay. The place was clean and the location excellent. We walked to restaurants, the Village Market for foods and supplies, to shops, and -- of course -- to the beach and along the Marginal Way to Perkins Cove. The place is old, with its quirks, but its six and a half bedrooms and six bathrooms served our group of 10 well. Everyone could retreat to a quiet space or could join the others in the one of the common areas. And no one had to wait long for a shower. It is an OLD building with its quirks, but we found the place held its charms. We would return!

We loved this house! So rich in history but with all the modern conveniences. Plenty of parking. The house is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, even Perkins Cove if you don't mind a longer walk. It's on the main road so there was some traffic noise. The beds were comfortable and the house well stocked. We would say here again!
