Welcome to our newly remodeled Crocus by the Sea Side Cottage in Iconic Wildwood Crest. This apartment is on the first floor with its own side door access This apartment has a new kitchen with granite tops, A new feature wall with a fireplace and 65-inch tv in the cathedral ceiling living room, two new bathrooms, A new laundry area, A new bar area, and all new furniture, The main bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom 2 also has a queen bed. It has its own private rear deck with private grill area. And there is a new outdoor shower for your use right at your rear deck We have 4 apartments we rent, all pet friendly and 3 blocks to the beach. Our charming 1st floor 3 bed,2nd floor 2 bed Sea Breeze Bay, and 2nd floor 2 bed Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch. You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful free beach very large for playing ball or flying a kite and just relaxing you can walk out 50 feet with no drop off or erosion and we also have portable toilets for your comfort and di I mention no beach tags and its free.
We rent Saturday to Saturday from July 4 to August 29. For barefoot concert weekend there is a 4-night minimum and Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend it's a 3-night minimum. Rest of the year 2-night minimums.
All the apartments have been renovated in the last 7 years. New kitchens and baths, central air and washer and dryer etc. Ocean serenade and Sea Breeze Bay have a beautiful porch with rocking chairs and a table for your breakfast, lunch or happy hour. You each get you own side of the porch which has ocean views and a nice breeze.
We are walking distance to everything, boardwalk, Playground for kids, bike rentals and the bike path, bakery, ice-cream, church, restaurants. Saturday night entertainment at the parks AND in the summer months there's fireworks every Friday night.
We have a 2-dog max with a 25-pound limit per dog. And sorry but we don't supply sheets and towels BUT we are partnering with Chrissy from Island best rental to rent sheets towels beach chairs toys for the kids and pretty much anything you need for the beach contact her at chrissy@dontpack.com put the link "Crocus" for a 10% discount. Please leave the place as clean as you found it. Please put the garbage in the back where it says trash and the recycling where it says recycling.
If you have a pet clean up after it and put it in the trash especially if you use the back yard as there are other people also using the back yard.

Me and my wife are from North jersey. We enjoy going to the beach and boardwalk with our children and 7 grandchildren and going out to dinner with our friends when they come down. I like being a host because I have been blessed with this beautiful home and like sharing it with other families so they can make memories

Why they chose this property

This is easy, My wife and her family vacationed in wildwood crest for over 50 years. So when we got married we bought a condo next door to Crocus by the Sea, and when it came up for sale 13 years ago we bought it, and its been our labor of love ever since. Check the the name on the sign when you arrive.

What makes this property unique

What makes our property very unique is that it was built in 1915 and looks like it belongs in Cape May. So you get the charm of cape may but the most beautiful beach of wildwood crest, meaning no drop off or (shelf) so safe for the kids and its free. And we are close to everything, boardwalk, playgrounds, pickle ball the bike path breakfast places , ice cream, mini golf, the bakery bike rental , Oh and we are pet friendly
