4-season lake house on beautiful Madawaska Lake! Enjoy this family friendly home with direct access to the Lake and all that Northern Maine has to offer. Easy access for ATV and snowmobile trails, and public boat launch located 0.4 miles down the road. Conveniently located 20 minutes North of Caribou, and 30 minutes South of Fort Kent - this property's central location offers great access to all of the areas dining and recreation offerings!

Please be advised that this property does have 1 exterior security camera in the area of the front entry/garage door. The camera records video but does not record sound.

The house was absolutely beautiful and as we were just mins from our family who live on the same road. Our son and his brand new wife was married Saturday on the lake at my husbands parents camp. This gave us plenty of room so we all had a place to stay.
