Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, including children. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

3. Cleanliness
Please leave the property tidy and dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur an additional fee.

4. Damages & Issues
Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues, broken items, or concerns promptly so we can address them.

Perfect for a family getaway

Check in was very easy. Host very good at communicating with us. Good facilities for cooking with some obscure items missing ( peeler/ scissors but mostly had everything you would need. Very close to the lake and local restaurants.

Great, spacious place for our family get away. Desk/workspace upstairs for working or kids homework and online classes. Close to all the main attractions and beach -we could walk everywhere from here. Host was available with a quick answer for any questions. House had everything we needed to be comfortable, just like home. Definitely would stay here again
