The house was great, the location was amazing, super close to everything. We did have an issue with the Wifi but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again!!

The house was a great location for activities near Georgia Tech and downtown Atlanta. The rooms were clean and the house had plenty of towels and pillows. Laundry and Dishwasher pods were provided. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Communication was mixed. I had a question before the trip and the person that responded was helpful. I realized the night before our check-in I hadn't received any check-in instructions. I sent a message via Vrbo to ask for instructions, I received multiple notices that an email would be coming. After a span of 15-20 minutes without an email I called Vrbo and they were able to put me in contact with someone associated with the management company. I received the check-in instructions via the Vrbo chat during that call. There wasn't any communication from the host during the stay. The instructions for using the electronic lock didn't seem to match. The instructions also mentioned a key box, but the location was different than in the instructions. There weren't any specific check-out instructions provided - so we took the trash out and emptied the refrigerator.
