Thank you so much for such a lovely review! It truly makes me happy to hear that your family enjoyed the home and all the amenities. I put a lot of thought and care into creating a beautiful, welcoming space where families can relax and make wonderful memories together. I’m especially grateful for your kind words about my communication! I’m so glad you enjoyed the neighborhood and convenient location as well. It was an absolute pleasure hosting your family, and I’d love to welcome you back anytime!

We take great pride in our property and the experience we provide our guests, so we were surprised and disappointed by this review. Following checkout, we thoroughly inspected the home and confirmed that all major amenities, including the hot tub, fire pit, televisions, dishwasher, and fans, were functioning properly. One television had simply been unplugged, and a couple light bulbs needed replacing in two of the bathrooms. We provide a detailed guest guidebook with instructions for operating the home’s amenities, which our guests typically use without issue. We are also readily available to assist whenever questions arise. Unfortunately, we did not receive a message outlining these concerns until midnight on the day of checkout, after nearly the entire stay had passed. Had we been notified when the difficulties first occurred, we would have gladly assisted immediately. Many of the reported issues appeared to involve operating the amenities rather than actual malfunctions. Regarding the towels, our professional cleaning team follows strict standards and never leaves stained linens for incoming guests. The only staining discovered during our inspection was on towels used during this particular stay. We genuinely value guest feedback and always strive to provide an exceptional experience. However, we also believe it’s important to clarify the facts when a review does not accurately reflect the condition of our home. We stand behind our property’s cleanliness, maintenance, and the experience we consistently provide our guests.

Thank you for your kind words.

Thank you again for the wonderful recommendation!
