The property had everything we needed and more. Very clean, updated, and fresh. The location was quiet which we enjoyed. Serveal spots to eat close by we took advantage of. Lounge chairs on back deck were very nice. The scenery in Morriston is lovely. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Lovely little houseboat on Cherokee Lake. Located on a quiet and friendly dock. Everything about the stay was refreshing and it was very unique staying in a home on the water. The lake was very peaceful at night and the neck out back really helped unwind. Hidden gem of a place to stay.

Nice boat on a really Great Lake. Dock also has reasonably priced boat rentals. Neighbors are good people. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again. Maritza loved feeding the ducks and fish while we grilled on the back deck.

Retreat at the Lake

I was here to stay near an ill friend and wanted a quiet place to unwind after being with her in the hospital all day. This gem was absolutely perfect. Spotless, comfortable, quiet, with the owner nearby and very responsive. I will most definitely be back.

Quick trip to visit family

My 5-year-old and I travelled from IN to TN to visit with my mom, but I wanted us to have our own space. Stay at Cherokee Park was amazing. The park is beautiful! The safety I felt with a coded gate to the dock was unmatched! The rental is more house than boat which is great. Cozy and very clean, just wish it wasn't so humid while we were there, waking up on the lake was breathtaking.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Check in was super easy. Jerry was great and checked on us often. The houseboat was very clean and was stocked with things needed for a stress free getaway including condiments, soaps, extra pillows and blankets, and so much more! Upon arrival we were greeted with many fish, turtles, ducks, and even a goose at the back deck. It was the best place just to relax and read a book. If we plan to head out to Cherokee again for a weekend we will definitely be staying here! Easy 5 out of 5 stars.
