Located on perdido beach blvd. It's just minutes from shops, restaurants and entertainment. Coastal is walkable. I recommend the poke nachos! Walmart is less than a mile away! Walk across the street to Fat Daddy's Arcade & Adventure Park.

Born and raised in the south I grew up vacationing with my friends and family in Orange Beach. Some of my fondest childhood memories are at OB! It's got that small-town feel that I love. As a mom, I am all about safety & convenience. The ground level is where it's at! So easy to pop back & forth from the beach, pool, to the car. 007 is that! Literally steps from the ocean, the pool and your car. Makes unloading a breeze! Being on the main ground level, so No elevators. The kids can go back & forth from the condo to the beach as many times as they want too. Also makes napping so convenient. This is my one & only beach condo. I believe families should be able to vacation at the beach affordably. Make memories together that do not break the bank! This is a one-woman-show. I also have a full-time job & I am a mom to 3 small childern. If you require 24-service, lots of attention, are high-maintenance, have diva-like qualities; please stay at a hotel. Thanks for your understanding, cooperation & patience. I look forward to hosting you!

I offer a multitude of sleeping arrangement options to make it work for all guests & their families. We are a ground floor condo with a flat path & ramp to the beach making us one of the few condos wheelchair friendly. Our bathrooms are step-in shower/ bath combos. Unfortunately We are not full service handicap.
