The apartment was so cute. Much of the original character remains. The outside deck was delightful in the morning & evenings. Was able to walk to many places to eat & have cocktails. Highly recommend staying here.

The property is HUGE, which we couldn't tell from the online photos. Both King bedrooms were large, with lots of storage and comfy beds. The living space is comfy. We didn't use the kitchen/dining area. LOVED the rooftop patio area. We parked for free and walked everywhere.

Great location for the bourbon trail

Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in downtown Frankfort. It has a clean, minimalist, modern vibe that is across from the courthouse. Close to several bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The private outdoor space is on the rooftop. Parking was streetside and readily available since it was the weekend. The kitchen has all of the basic kitchenware you expect from short term rental, but there are no spices or storage containers so plan accordingly. The living space has ample seating for four, lots of books to read, and a TV with a Roku system. The bathroom was clean, comes with soap and shampoo. It is a shower/tub combo. The beds were both king size with comfortable firm mattresses. Each bedroom had plenty of storage and were roomy. It was the perfect location to base our bourbon trail experience since it is close to the distilleries in the Frankfort area. Both Lexington and Louisville are easily accessible since the interstate is close by. Thank you for sharing your space with us.
