Please read until the end of this description for important information. Townhome Vacation Rental is just steps to the ocean. This luxurious and beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit has exquisite ocean views from all rooms, but especially from the 4th-floor observation deck. Beach, Pier, and Boardwalk with Shops and Restaurants are nearby.

Living Room has 60" High Definition Flatscreen TV, DVD, CD with surround sound. Wireless internet included. Kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ on one of 2 outside decks with panoramic ocean views. Queen bed in each bedroom. Walk-in closet in one bedroom. Aero bed for additional sleeping. Full-Size Washer and Dryer.

Dogs considered on a case by case basis, requiring a picture for approval and subject to additional fees if approved.

2 Car Garage

This property has a Ring Doorbell Camera or similar recording device at the front door. For every reservation, without exception, the name and phone number of every person age 18 and over at check-in who will be present on site must be provided prior to the check-in code being activated. Failure to provide an individual's identifying information in advance is cause for termination of the rental and immediate removal from the property with no refund.

This property does not include a vehicle charger. Guests bringing an electric vehicle will need to notify Coastal Vacation Rentals in advance if they would like charging privileges, an additional fee does apply. Guests found to be charging any vehicle(s) without permission will be charged a penalty in addition to the charging fee.

Great Beach Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to Pismo. Very close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The roof top seating area and view were great. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great space and views close to DT Pismo

My friends and family greatly enjoyed our stay. Lots of stairs, but the fact that it was so close to downtown and the beach allowed us to just walk to enjoy everything Pismo had to offer. Comfy beds, happy to the two bathrooms.

Very nice, close to the beach. We enjoyed looking out at the beach from the great room, and also the 360 view from the 'crows nest' at the top. Very friendly people to check in and check out with.

2nd time we have stayed, great view and location! No car needed. Weather was perfect. Only comment, middle bedroom, decorated nicely, but mattress is a bit soft in the middle.

The property was great but be careful about the fees. I had a pet on the reservation and the property manager, Costal vacation rentals, charged me a fee out of my damage deposit. Costal Vacation Rentals told me Im lucky they didnt keep my entire deposit.

Ideal location

Great views of beach from every room. Morning coffee on the roof top deck is the way to start ones day !!! Walk everywhere downtown. Wonderful to bring fresh crab home.
