It's my passion to help ensure your great experience. The most bang for your buck here! Yard: Fully fenced in yard for privacy and safety. Bedrooms: Above average sized with King sized beds in both rooms. Kitchen: Fully stocked with necessities including air fryer/toaster, coffee maker (traditional drip coffee maker in pantry if you prefer), and typical refrigerator/microwave/stove, oven, dishes, cooking pans, etc. Living room is decorated with Alpharetta local artist images and furnished with a West Elm pull out sofa bed, Z Gallery oversized chair, and oversized coffee table. Sony TV with owner supplied access to entertainment TV and new Atari game for your retro entertainment. Master Bath is private and connected to master bedroom. Guest Bath has fully renovated shower with thermostatic temperature controlled shower with dual shower heads. Dining area is for 4 people, but table can be expanded to seat 6 (please request ahead of time). Can access entire house except for maintenance closets. I hope you have a great time and I'll do what I can to assist, but I do not plan to bother you during your stay. Quiet residential neighborhood just a short distance from Avalon and downtown. Visit shops, restaurants and parks while you stay. The "Alpharetta Loop" goes right past the neighborhood for walks with you dog or human. Home is very light and bright. My approach to this home is to make it as comfortable as I can for when my parents and grandparents come to visit me. They can live safely, in a clean environment, with everything they need to be comfortable. This is to be their (and your) home away from home that is warm and inviting and hopefully a place you'll enjoy to come back to time and time again.
