Great condo in a cool part of Rio. Walk to beach or tons of cool restaurants. Lots of amenities you won’t get in other places like a washer and dryer.

Had a great stay!The location is excellent, and the place itself is beautiful. The only minor issues we experienced were some noise from passing cars outside, even with the windows closed, and a small problem with the water control in one of the bathrooms.Overall, I would recommend it

My New Go-To Apartment

Love the apartment. Safe, clean with modern decor.Convenient location. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and the metro train station. This location will be my place to stay for all future travels to Rio

Ipanema Apartment

The apartment is nice and has everything you need. You cannot beat the location in Ipanema which is walkable to tons of bars, shops, restaurants and the beaches. Isabella, the property manager, is wonderful and does a great job communicating with you. The price over NYE was also very reasonable.

The property manager was on it! She messaged us early. Responded quickly and when we decided to extend our stay an additional 4 days she helped get it figured out so we didn't have to move our luggage around. The door men were great. I felt safe. It really helps to have a washing machine when you are having beach days. Thank you for your help and outstanding customer service.

Nice spot

Nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. 2 bedooms on busy and noisy street and without dark curtains, daylight entered both rooms, did not contribute for a good rest. Room 3 and its bathroom ok but both a bit too small.

Great Place to Stay in Ipanema

Best Place to Stay in Ipanema. Kevin the Host is fantastic. Very responsive and very helpful. Isabella the Property Manager is World Class. She is there for your every need and extremely responsive. Cesar the doorman is very helpful and always has a smile when he greats you. The property is in an awesome location. Very short walk to the beaches of Ipanema, Copa, Arpoador 10 Star Property, Host, Property Manager, Doorman.

Our Hostess Isabella was very welcoming to make sure that our check in process and stay was very good. She was also very responsive and even suggested some restaurants and money exchange spots to visit during our stay.I would definitely stay here again while in Rio.
