In front of you is a spacious great room with your dining area and living room that has a wonderful balcony to enjoy the sea air and the serenity the gulf has to offer. When it is time to retire for the night, at the top of the stairs is a master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite three (3) piece bathroom and private balcony. On the other side of the hall is the guest room with a comfortable king bed and new custom built-in bunk beds with individual charging ports for the kids' electronics and a full three (3) piece hall bathroom with a tiled shower.
