The house was beautiful! The grounds were natural and we felt part of this incredible landscape.We loved the beach and having fires at night!A small deck looking over the beach would have been nice, but I’m certainly not complaining!Awesome place and area!

It was unclear to me that we shared a wall with another unit - so, was disappointed we didn't have the whole house. Kitchen was VERY small. We felt cramped. The dishes/pans and other utensils were dirty - some with oil or food scrapes still evident. The dishwasher was askew and awkward to open close (it hit the fridge). Faucets were loose, the shower smelled of mold. Master bath had to share a shower with the other bedroom on the 2nd floor - odd. The lock box was not reset for my 4:00 arrival. The sound system didn't work, even after someone was sent to show us how to use it - we couldn't even get an FM station through the speakers. Overall, we made it work for our Thanksgiving Dinner, but it just wasn't what I was expecting.

We do want to kindly clarify that the home is listed as a townhouse-style condo/duplex in the property description, and we do our best to be transparent about the layout and shared wall in both our written listing and photos. We’re sorry that this detail was not clear to you prior to arrival. We also understand that the kitchen and overall layout did not feel like the right fit for your group, and we apologize that the space felt cramped for your needs. We strive to include accurate photos from many angles so guests can best visualize the home before booking. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness was not up to our usual standards, as this is extremely important to us. We have already addressed this directly with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the sound system, we have spoken with the owner and are currently looking into why it was not functioning properly to determine whether a repair or replacement is needed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. For the lockbox, we’re very sorry for the initial frustration at check-in. The code provided was correct, and our maintenance team was dispatched right away and determined it was a simple user error—but we completely understand how stressful that moment can be, and we’re glad
