Exactly what we were looking for

I can't recommend this place strongly enough, it is wonderful! I want to come back again and again. The area was very clean, the hosts are terrific, and it's the most relaxing atmosphere I've found away from home anywhere. I could have spent the entire vacation on that patio!

Crappie fishing trip to Mark Twain Lake

This was our first time staying at this property, but will not be our last. The hosts, Shelia and Gary welcomed us into their amazing newly built cabin. After fishing for the day, we went back to the cabin and grilled pork steaks on the covered patio, and watched the sunset.The location is central to the town of Perry as well as Ray Behrens public access. Gary even convinced us to try a different public access boat ramp which was just minutes away which was much more convenient and led to a different part of the lake than we normally fished.
