The space was very clean and bright. Tim Hortons and Starbucks are right in the neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We loved our 2-night stay!

Fantastic stay with great location and everything thought of, including coffee / creamer etc. - making the stay far more efficient. We instantly were able to enjoy the vacation from the moment we landed and arrived to the apartment.

Lovely place in a great location!

The apartment was spotless and the beds very comfortable! While we couldn't always figure out what we needed to do right away (where the garbage went, for example), the host responded immediately. You can't ask for more than that. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by.

Property was clean and quiet and felt safe . Very quick and effective communication with property manager. The only reason for 4 star for area around property was due to homelessness in area but that is to be expected in downtown Toronto and not a reflection on host of property .

The unit is in a high rise building with long and short-term tenants. The unit itself was great - very clean, safe, nearby parking (ramp), and the property manager was very responsive to my questions. The down side: it was a little hard to get into. The parking ramp doesn’t have evident access into the building and the lock box was a bit of a hassle to find. Once I figured it out it worked fine.

Communication from host was great, any concerns that we had during our stay was resolved immediately and he went above and beyond to help us everytime. Host even went check in with us half way through the trip to ensure we had everything we need. The property itself was ok, no complaints, does the job. The area is very walkable to core downtown. But the further east past Jarvis can be a bit quiet at night.
