This privately-owned, newly furnished, private house has everything you need for a vacation whether "working from home", fishing, wind-sports, mountain-biking, or just relaxing and enjoying ocean views from the rooftop patio. Sleeps up to 5. 1 1/2 bath, fully supplied kitchen with blender for those evening margaritas on the patio. Strong Wi-Fi, a big flat-screen TV, and Netflix access, too! A quick drive or a 2-minute drive (1/2 mile) to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Rooftop shaded patio, and amazing views of the mountains, Cerralvo Island, and the entire bay of La Ventana. Reserve now at this great rate! From one of our recent guests: "We were able to enjoy the beaches with no problems. The road there was in excellent shape and I appreciated the beautiful mature cactuses that carpeted the area. Fresh fish from the sea. A natural dessert sanctuary by the sea."

My brother, Greg, and I grew up in Seattle, Washington, and recently purchased this little home in El Sargento. The fishing is amazing and the water/wind sports are a blast. I currently live in Dallas, and enjoy the warmth and sun as you will when visiting our little Casita.
Why they chose this property
Greg visited some friends who live in El Sargento last year and fell in love with the place. In El Sargento, you'll be charmed by the beautiful views of the bay, the island Cerralvo and the scenic sierras, the variety of plants and cacti, the colors of water, and of course the warm friendliness of the Mexican people who live there. We have friends near the casita who are glad to greet you when you arrive.
