Our 1881 farmhouse is ready to welcome you!

We look forward to sharing our home and farm with your family and friends. This serene property sits above the Ohio River and is located centrally between Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Some activities in the area are the following:

The home is furnished with family antiques and includes 4 bedrooms (2 king beds), 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. Guests will feel right at home as each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo and soap.

Enjoy peaceful surroundings on our stone patio as you watch cattle graze or play corn hole, badminton and croquet on the spacious lawn. Amenities include WiFi and TV's with streaming channels such as Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Netflix, Max, Paramount+, and YouTubeTV.

There are several dining options in downtown Warsaw, KY and Vevay, IN. However, if you prefer to dine at home, there is a fully equipped kitchen that includes KitchenAid double ovens, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The property is incredible. The pictures do not do this place justice. The location was perfect for us. We were here for a work trip. It was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. We loved the kitchen and outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive.

The Gridley House is gorgeous! It is exactly as pictured and a pleasure to stay in. Everything was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and the outdoor patio and balcony are perfect for morning coffee and tea. The atmosphere is comforting and the surroundings are picturesque. You will not find another house or property in the area quite like this one. This estate has it all! History, beauty, spacious...truly one of a kind!Marcia is very friendly and helpful. If there is an issue she will take care of it as soon as possible. Her communication is wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. We will be coming back soon!
