I'm a South Dakota native who enjoys all that the Black Hills has to offer. Hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, etc.. I have spent all my working life in the restaurant business. Currently I am a partner in the most successful family restaurant in Rapid City.
Why they chose this property
I always wanted to own a property in the Black Hills. When a piece of land next to my father came available I jumped at it. 5 secluded acres. The property has some spectacular views off the back deck. From there not a single roof top can be seen.
What makes this property unique
The location of this property is very unique in that it offers hiking, biking, motorcycling, skiing, gambling, four wheeling, kayaking, concerts, etc.. Also large annual events like the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Deadwood Kool Nites, and Deadwood Mountain Jam. All with a half hour drive of the front door of this property. But also very quiet because it is located a mile off the highway. All types of birds (especially Bluejays), deer and turkey frequent the property as well.
