Fourteen Two Revelstoke is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Mackenzie Plaza that can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. This beautiful condo boasts a deck with a 4 person hot tub with sweeping views of the Selkirk Mountains. An open concept kitchen, dining, and living area makes for the perfect entertaining space. This property is well-situated within a 5 minute drive to both Revelstoke Mountain Resort and downtown Revelstoke making it the perfect home base for your time in Revy.
Self check-in available. 24/7 guest support provided throughout your stay. Hive & Co Property Management provides in person check - ins upon request.
Located In Mackenzie Village, less than 5 minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and downtown Revelstoke, this property offers the perfect balance of adventure and convenience. The village has a coffee shop, restaurant, brewery, 2 fitness facilities, a spa, grocery store, liquor store, and local shops. Spend your days skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and sightseeing in the surrounding mountains. Our charming downtown is a short 5 minute drive full of great food, beverages, treats and local shops!
There is a year round shuttle service that picks you up directly in front of the building and takes you to the Resort or downtown for $2.00 each way. Kids under 12 are free.
The area is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to the Resort or Downtown Revelstoke.
To access the property we will provide a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day before check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.
The following bedrooms are set up as a standard:
Sleeping Arrangements: Primary Bedroom - 1 King Bed (Can convert to two twins, upon booking) Secondary Bedroom - 2 Twins (Can convert one king, upon booking) Tertiary Bedroom - 1 Bunk Bed (Double and Single)
Relax in the living room, where ample seating and a smart TV await. Two full bathrooms ensure ample space for everyone, and the unit comes with a washer and dryer for easy long-term stays. The open-plan dining area and fully stocked kitchen are ideal for cooking and unwinding after a day of adventure. Outside, the generous patio features comfortable seating, a new full-sized hot tub, and a BBQ for your enjoyment.
HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- From the highway, turn onto Townley Street - At the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East) - Turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) - Just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the third exit onto Nels Nelson Cres, then a left onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex on the left - You will be in the Building labelled 1000 (Building 1)

Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved underground parking stall (8'4" clearance). The strata does not permit RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks in the parking garage. There is some street parking available for additional vehicles. Note that the ground level parking lot is reserved for customers of the plaza shops, and the Strata may tow vehicles in this lot overnight.

Lovely spacious condo with amenities close by. Hot tub fits 4 to 6 people and the parking garage was roomy with ample space for a larger vehicle. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
We truly enjoyed our stay in Revelstoke this summer, and our visit here was a wonderful experience. Kirsten from the Hive & Co. team was exceptionally prompt in addressing all of our inquiries during our stay, and the unit itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.
