Lots of room inside and out. Big lot can easily fit multiple pick up trucks with trailers. Recommend for ORV trail riding in Mio area.

Rich was an incredible host! He was very responsive and the property was beautiful. The location of the property is super convenient with river access right across the street and lots of food and stores nearby. We can't wait to book our next stay! :)

Great stay! Nine adults, six kids, all had a great time and we were very comfortable. Conveniently right across from Hinchman acres, where we rented canoes for the day. Everyone said they’d be happy to return again one day!

What a great place to gather for any reason. We had our family reunion & it worked out great. The host, (owners) are nice & available for any question or need. We plan on returning next year for our family gathering.
