• Lazy River and slide closed for maintenance: ETA completion is late Feb 2026, schedule permitting.

• Balcony Sliding Glass Door Maintenance: Anticipated end date: Mid-February 2026, schedule permitting. Unit access is required. 1-2 hours per unit. Guests do not have to be present.
