Improvements include new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, bedroom carpet, fresh new paint and completely new furniture throughout! Beautiful morning sunrise from the balcony and minutes walk or bike ride to the beaches. Heated inground pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, deeded beach access. HOA requires 2 week minimum during months of February, March and April.

Sweet vacation spot for bffs

Perfect location, so close to the Causeway and easy to find. It has everything we needed. Might want to service or maybe replace dishwasher, it takes too long to finish. Love the pocket doors.
