Trendy townhouse near Golden and the mountains. Only 2 blocks to the light rail with access to Union Station or DIA. Check out the breweries in Golden or hike up North Table Mountain to watch the sunset. Only 10 minutes to Red Rocks! Experience one of the best views of Denver and the mountains with a walk around Sloan's lake and then grab a beer at Joyride brewing. You can't go wrong with this location.

Three bedrooms the primary bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen size bed and share the full bathroom with bathtub. Currently the third bedroom is being used as an office but will have a brand new queen bed prior to summer. This property boasts a brand new deck overlooking the green space and a small stream

Please discard any unused food and beverages and put the waste in the appropriate bins.
Load the dishwasher and start. Do NOT strip the sheets or start laundry.
If you have un-used ice cream please thaw first and then rinse the container and discard.
