THE RUBY is a serene villa nestled in the hills, 15 minutes from Ocho Rios and is ideal for families & remote workers. The villa features modern conveniences including A/C units, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, backup solar power with battery, 2 water tanks, fenced gated back yard, security cameras, workstation with monitors, 4 smart TVs, whole home water filtration, extended patio with a lit pergola, BBQ, basketball arcade & board games. Also available: car seat, crib, baby bath and highchair. We’ve decorated THE RUBY to be our home away from home and hope you thoroughly enjoy your stay!

ECO-FRIENDLY:
In an effort to be kind to the environment, THE RUBY is equipped with the following:
- Backup solar panels and battery. This system is complimented and supplemented by the public electricity.
- Solar water heater with automatic electrical backup for always-on hot water.
- Each security camera is individually powered by a dedicated solar panel.
- The motion sensor lighting around the property are all solar based.
- Please turn off lights, appliances, TV and AC units when not in use.
- Please do not run the AC units with any windows or doors open.

WE SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES:
THE RUBY is tastefully decorated with select furniture and carefully curated pieces from local artisans, artists and craft vendors. We’re proud to support our local community!

WATER FILTRATION:
THE RUBY is equipped with a double filter whole home water filtration system which filters the water from the public system to the home. There’s also another filtration system which filters the water to the tanks.
- In addition to the whole home double filtration system, THE RUBY has an additional filtration system which provides drinking/cooking water from a separate tap at the kitchen sink. This is filtered by the SORSO water filtration system installed under the kitchen sink.

PRIVATE SECURE WI-FI:
THE RUBY is equipped with a private secure EERO mesh wi-fi solution. This will ensure you’ll enjoy full wi-fi coverage throughout the entire property up to and including both front and back yard. Optional Services (Fees apply):

The environment is safe, secure, vibrant, quiet, friendly with close proximity to loads of fun; including beach, restaurants, local attractions and a grand time! The locals are happy to show visitors a grand time.

What makes this property unique

We’ve added extra amenities such as 2 water tanks, 2 separate water filtration systems, an extended back patio with a lighted pergola. The solar power system compliments the public electricity. For entertainment we have a basketball arcade game, board games, smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room and more. We’ve fenced and added side gates to our property to ensure children can play outside with less supervision. Furniture is designed and made by local artisans and artwork from local artists show our commitment to supporting our local community.
