I went against my better judgment and accepted this group, even though they had no prior reviews. I truly believe everyone has to start somewhere and was trying to be fair. Unfortunately, the guests were dishonest and violated several clearly stated house rules. Although I have a strict refund policy, I chose to refund the remainder of their stay because I was genuinely concerned for my property and needed peace of mind. Ending the reservation early was the best decision. I would not recommend hosting this group.
