This newly remodeled condo in Navarre offers 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with two full beds. The 3 bathrooms feature a shower, jetted bathtub, and hair dryer. You'll also have access to a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy the complimentary amenities like iron, hair dryer, and 1Ghz Wi-Fi during your stay. This awesome property is the perfect home base for your trip to Navarre. We hope you enjoy what our place and Navarre has to offer. 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided. Condo has 45 meter pool and direct beach access. One “Ring Doorbell” camera is at the front door for guest safety.

We love Beach Colony and have been visiting here for over 10 years. We loved Dwain's condo! It had everything we needed to make for a wonderful stay. The condo was fantastic and the reno updates are very nice. Communication was great and he was very responsive to provide all information needed for our stay.

2025 Family Trip

This condo had absolutely everything I could imagine that we would need. Views were awesome. Condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. I think I would love to live in it!!!

Beautiful condo

The condo was amazing, beautifully decorated and very cozy! The views of the ocean and bay from the condo were gorgeous. The condo was impeccably clean. Dwain and Kaleigh were great hosts. Very thorough instructions, and quick responses. The pool is huge, the beach very accessible, and they even have a workout room with its own WiFi and tv. I would highly recommend staying here!
