Everything was great. There was nothing missing in this lovely little cottage. Only thing I could say was the couch needs replacing. Beds were comfy and every appliance known to man was there.Loved this place . This is my 4 th time visiting the wellfleeter. September is so wonderful at the cape. The cottage was central to everything.

We never wanted to leave this cottage! The location was perfect, and the cottage provided everything we could need. Our family of 4 made this into an instant home away from home. The cottage is clean and comfortable and safe. We loved the easy beach access and quiet property. The beach was not crowded and the water was shallow and warm, perfect for our young children. Everything was easy. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent location - 50 feet from the water. Very clean, well-maintained, and well furnished. The cabin is cozy. The rooms are tight. Hard to fit 4 people around the kitchen table and only 6" around the queen bed. The washer and dryer are new and upscale. The range and refrigerator are apartment-sized. Three TVs. Weber gas grill.Plenty of beach chairs, laundry soap, bath soap, hand soap, towels, and linens —no beach umbrella.You can't beat the location.

Wellfleeter cottage

This was my 2nd time renting one of Stacey’s cottages and it was as wonderful as the last time in 2016. Great location and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

The cottage was in a great location! Easy access to our own private slice of Mayo beach and walking distance to the pier. Everything we needed was provided and it was very clean and organized. Communication with the owners was easy. We loved our stay! We’ll be back!

It’s better in September

Checkin was a breeze. Steps from the beautiful Cape Cod Bay. Spotless! Walkable to town and restaurants. Weather was superb. The house is compact but well appointed. What more could you ask for? Will certainly be back.

a beautiful cottage right on mayo beach in wellfleet on cape cod. kids loved it! modern amenities, well furnished, everything right there. a short walk to the wharf, ice cream and seafood. clam chowder every day! highly recommend. thanks.

Beach vacay

Overall, the property is in an absolutely fantastic location. It’s on a private beach. Gorgeous. It was very clean. The house is lovely, but a few updates would help. The house feels small because of the overly large furniture and the blinds kept getting tangled. Stove and fridge are dated. Overall very nice place!
