This is a privately-owned suite within the Fontainebleau resort. While I am available via the booking platform to answer any questions before and during your stay, your on-site experience will be managed by the hotel’s professional 24/7 staff. You will check in and out at the front desk, just like any other hotel guest.
Fees and Deposits (Paid directly to the resort)
Mandatory Checkout Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee of approximately $130-$155 plus applicable tax is required upon checkout, paid directly to the resort. Message us for current fee details.
Security Deposit Hold: The hotel will place a temporary refundable hold on your credit or debit card at check-in. This hold is released after checkout provided there are no damages. Cash is not accepted for the deposit.

This is a private suite. Daily housekeeping and room service are not included. Your suite will be prepared with fresh towels and essentials for your arrival.
Optional Housekeeping: You may arrange for additional cleaning during your stay directly with the front desk for an additional fee plus tax.

Resort Events: The Fontainebleau is a very active resort. We recommend checking the hotel’s event calendar, as major events can affect the general atmosphere, noise levels, and availability of some amenities. The host is not responsible for hotel-managed events.
Elevator Use: During periods of high occupancy, you may experience brief waits for elevators in the Tresor Tower.

Event schedules, performers, and appearances are not under host control, are not included in the rental price, and are subject to change without notice.
