No parties, no smoking, no pets, no illicit drugs.

No hanging of towels over railing.

You may be charged a fine or asked to leave without refund, for breaking of house rules or any illegal activities.

-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay.

-Please note, especially during hurricane season, king tides can flood the parking lot and/or the road to get here. Be aware of your surroundings if there is a major storm and feel free to ask questions.

We have stayed at many different properties in this area, and this one is the best of the best. The unit is perfect in every single way. The unit was in a perfect location, and offered beautiful views of both the ocean and the marsh from the balcony. The unit was beyond spotless, and had everything we could have possibly needed! You absolutely could not go wrong by booking this property, you will be so glad you did!
