Before leaving, please: Gather used towels and leave them in the bathroom. Leave all bedding on the beds. There is no need to strip the beds.

Take all trash to the Polycarts located in the front of the Property. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.

Turn off lights and unnecessary electronics. Set the thermostat to 74°F. Make sure all doors and windows are locked.

Great place

Our stay was great for a long weekend. Ryan the host was extremely attentive and checked in regularly. The apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. It was close to the lake which we enjoyed on a few days. Definitely would stay here again.

It was a nice clean place but at times the noise from the above units were overwhelming not enough insulation to damper sound.

Lions and Tigers and Bears oh my

We stayed in a cute little flat in the middle of Medicine Park, OK. The place was clean and the perfect size for my sister and I . We spent 3 nights. Less then a 5 minute walk to the lake. The views were breathtaking. Each morning I woke up early to walk down to the lake to watch the sun rise. It was beautiful. We also walked over the bridge and walked the trails. On our last night we did a photo shoot on the mountain. Pictures turned out beautiful. The only con’s were the space above us was also occupied and we could hear every step they took. Most of the stores in Medicine Park are not open Monday- Wednesday that was a little disappointing. But the trip was still amazing and I would definitely stay here again. The host Ryan was easy to communicate with and he addressed all my questions with in minutes of me asking.

Construction???

Very nice place! Very simple but very nicely done!The front door needs to be adjusted as it took extreme force to open and close. This could have been from all the rain (swelling).The unit above TURNED on from 7pm to 11pm with who knows what. Family with cribs, toys...? or might have been finish construction work. Painting who knows, but very Very noisy and annoying!There was still a very strong odor typically found in new construction. The wife is very sensitive and it caused her a bad headache. We'll try again in the new future.

The room was beautiful, clean, and very modern. The bed was comfortable. There is not much storage space so you will be living out of your suitcase.Room #4 where we stayed has every rooms a/c unit against one wall and there is almost always one of them running all of the time. The landscaping has much to be desired, but it was not a hinderance to animals browsing within view. The parking lot is extremely small and it was difficult to maneuver if you are last to come in.All said, it is a nice spot to relax, and the whole town is within a short drive. The host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

The property is a new, clean, contemporary apartment. It met our needs while visiting the area. The walls and ceiling are thin. We could easily hear our neighbors including a crying baby and a barking dog. This would not prevent us from staying there again but something to note.
