We loved our stay! The home was charming and perfect for our weekend in Norman. The only downside for my husband was not having a TV. Thank you for being a great host and willing to adjust our schedule a bit! And the donuts were such a nice treat!
We weren’t able to stay due to a water leak, but the host was very responsive. The house is in a really convenient location, especially for visiting OU! We will book again soon!
Home was decorated so cool-I loved the vibe! Backyard with light strings was a great surprise. Location was very convenient to campus and Main St. Host was very communicative.

Thank you for staying with us and such a glowing review, we love hosting.
Most excellent accommodation! The house was just right, very comfortable and located in a quaint, walkable neighborhood. We didn't have any kids with us, but there is a really neat park just down Ponca. The host took care of a last-minute date shift and communicated very well throughout the process. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Norman!

Thank you for choosing us for your stay and the wonderful review.
The host was amazing. Kristie responded in a very timely manner to all my inquires and accommodated us beyond my expectations. The house was lovely, very quaint, very well decorated. I only had two disappointments. The appliances in the kitchen were amazing but it was not well supplied with cooking ware. The other there was a wonderful bathtub upstairs but not enough hot water to fill it. However, even with these 2 draw backs I would recommend anyone to stay here. We had a lot of fun.

Thank you for your review. Thank you for notifying us about the water heater. We were so happy to be able to service it for you during your stay and have hot water for u with in the day of notification. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We would love to host you again.
Absolutely loved it! Charming, welcoming, very clean, darling house. I will stay here every time I’m in Norman! Great location- easy access to OU & everywhere. Spacious & cute dining/family room. Didn’t expect you to do a million things at checkout which makes the biggest difference! Host was excellent, we had a small issue with the water heater working, the host took care of it right away and was extremely responsive. Had waters in the fridge which was a little thing that made a big difference-it is obvious the hosts take pride & care greatly about the experience. Highly recommend! Loved it! 🤍
This is a perfect combination of value, a great host, location and property. Who should stay here: Small to Medium-sized families who want to visit campus, go to a game and experience the campus life around downtown Norman. The property is an easy 15 minute walk to all the Main St. spots, or Campus Corner/North Oval in the other direction. Equally easy 25 minute walk to the gates of the football stadium. It's also JUST outside the ring of parking and people madness so you won't return home to someone parked on your lawn, but you'll beat everyone home who drove a car to the game. There are sidewalks to everywhere you want to go by foot. The property itself is quintessential Norman; an old home that's been well-maintained and updated bit-by-bit over time. New beds, fresh paint, washer & dryer, beautiful floors and spacious living areas await you. During our stay, there were newer fridge, range and microwave, but no dishwasher yet. For us, that was no big deal, but is a good example of what you're getting. If you lived near campus at any point from between 1980-2010, you know exactly what you're getting here and you'll love every second you spend in this home.Who should not stay here: Folks with mobility issues or ADA needs. As listed, the home was built in 1935 and is not really designed for folks who need a wheelchair. Also if you're simply mega picky about having a brand new property, move on and pay 3x the price.

About the host
Hosted by Kristie Rozier
Our family bought Flowerhouse in 2011. This was our family home until 2020. We are a retired, dual military couple that fell in love with Norman. We updated the house but wanted to stay true to her original beauty. We love to host guests, and always try to accommodate any special needs and/or requests.
Why they chose this property
We love this picturesque neighborhood. A park and Lincoln Elementary school are just a few blocks down. This location is perfect for walks to OU or downtown Norman.
What makes this property unique
Charming and welcoming with original wood and interior finishes. Clean and uncluttered, perfect for families, small gatherings and even photography sessions.
