To keep things comfortable for everyone in the building, please note: registered guests only and no parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Parking is limited to designated Fontainebleau areas and a parking pass must be displayed at all times; towing is managed by the building. Pool and common areas require wristbands, which must be returned at check-out to avoid a replacement fee. Please rinse sand off outside before coming in, avoid moving furniture, and supervise children on the balcony and around the pool. At departure, take out trash, start any used dishes in the sink or dishwasher if available, set the A/C to a reasonable temperature, and lock the door behind you. My happy place

This condo is just what we needed. Well stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. Just a short walk and your toes are in the sand. Jessica is a great host! I plan on coming back.

The stay was fabulous location and convenience to not pool and shore are on point. I like to say the the accuracy of description could have been more detailed in accordance with the FL law and VRBO should state the property is under surveillance with cameras at front door. The owner/host was very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful unit!

My partner and I absolutely loved this little unit. We were in town for a couple days for a concert, so this condo fit our needs perfectly. The host is easy to communicate with and relatively fast at responding. As a cleaner and inspector on the beach myself, I have an eye for detail and this place is completely up to par. I would highly recommend!

Great place! Only thing is that the unit is by the street. If you are a light sleeper I may consider brining a fan. But overall, super happy with our stay! We had everything we needed for cooking utensils, pots/pans/silverware, towels, paper towels etc! They should disclose the front camera per law, but I have nothing to hide so no worries! Just a note for the owner. This is our second time on this property (different unit the first time) and nothing beats being right on the beach! Great location. Very family friendly on the beach! We kept it very demure and very mindful on our beach. Price and the quality are tip top, and the owner was very responsive! Thank you for a great stay!
