This house is perfect. It’s fully stocked. Has everything you might would need while staying. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable furniture and beds. And the plus for us was its pet friendly and had a fenced in back yard. Would highly recommend staying in this house. Great communication with owner too.

This house is exactly as pictured and described. Excellent location. We had 4 adults, two teenagers and a 10 year old and we had plenty of room. The open kitchen and living space was wonderful for our family. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation from Wake Forest School of Medicine. This house is close to downtown and tons of grocery stores including Costco, Publix, Whole Foods and Total Wine! It is on a busier street but street noise was not an issue. The only disappointment was the mosquitos were so bad that we couldn’t enjoy the amazing outdoor porch and sitting area. Would absolutely stay here again.

House was beautiful, rooms were very well equipped, clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything and you would need to make your stay feel at home. Host, Alexandra, was great. The property was exactly as presented and pictured on VRBO. Communication with the owner both before and during our stay was easy. Our party included twin boys, age 6. The play room and toys were well appreciated, keeping them entertained with little supervision. Special thanks for coffee condiments as we had two serious coffee drinkers. One recommendation: extra towels were needed on the upstairs sleeping area.

Great house! We were in town for a family wedding- with three full bathrooms there was plenty of space for everyone (6 adults) to get ready. The house is beautifully decorated & clean. It is conveniently located near the market, highway & downtown Winston Salem.

We were a large group visiting for my daughter’s HPU graduation. The house was just as described, ample, clean and cozy. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Beds were all comfortable. We were able to park our RV inside the backyard and still park 4 more vehicles in the driveway. Staff communications were always prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend this property.

We came to Winston-Salem for a wedding. We were a family of 6 with an infant. The house was very clean and the layout met our needs perfectly. It was well stocked, had new appliances, there was plenty of space for parking several cars and the house was wonderfully decorated for Christmas. Our stay here was exceptional.

Very accommodating!

Lovely stay! Me and my family, 8 of us total, were very comfortable staying here. Everything that you may need, will be provided for your stay! Very clean and plenty of room for all of us, and the children loved the play room! Great host and great house!

We stayed here for 4 days to move our son into college. Great location. There was literally anything you needed to cook available. I loved that there was soap, shampoo and conditioner in ALL of the bathrooms!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. This house was spacious, clean, well decorated and comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked very well AND there were ceiling fans, there was a spacious kitchen with modern appliances, and it was stocked with plenty of towels and TP, along with some extra travel supplies that are not often included (we used up the flossers and Qtips/cotton rounds - thank you!) The host was very responsive when I asked a question, but left us alone and did not have a long list of close-out instructions. (I often feel stress trying to comply with all the check-out requirements of other house rentals.) Our extended family stayed here for a family wedding and it was perfect! Great central location close to stores & downtown venues too. There was plenty of space to be together and play games at the dining table or on the livingroom floor, cook or chat, and great places to get away if you didn't want to be in the crowd. There was a nice TV and sofa upstairs, THREE full bathrooms, and a kids corner with cute toys. There was even a desk and printer which came in handy! A handicapped person ended up not staying with us, but it is fairly accessible, with only 3 front steps to traverse and first floor bedrooms and full bathrooms. There is a nice long driveway and we were easily able to park 2 cars, plus a fence that can be opened for parking an additional car, with space to park around the corner too.
