Kateā€™s loft is so charming and was a perfect fit for my husband and me during our 4 day stay. She was friendly & very helpful. She even left out beach chairs, towels & a cooler we used for our day at the beach! The loft is beautifully decorated, cozy & comfy. I highly recommend Kateā€™s loft. Weā€™ll be back! Thank you Kate!

I canā€™t say enough wonderful things about our stay for 10 nights. The host, Kate, was so welcoming and took care of all the little things that made our time cozy and relaxing! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and overall the unit was clean and tidy. And the view of the Great Bay with sunsets was spectacular.

Stayed for almost a week. The unit was very attractive, clean and welcoming. The unit is a studio attached to the main house with private entrance and privacy. Kate was very helpful and responsive to any requests keeping my bikes in the garage. Highyly recommended and would stay there again
