Welcome to our colorful 4BR/2Bath home, it’s a vibe that’s sure to command lots of attention of your social media following! The home is perfect for families or friends, because this cozy retreat can sleep up to 12 guests. Each room has its own unique theme, adding a fun vibe throughout the house.

~Chef’s Dream Kitchen: Whether you’re a culinary whiz or just love to whip up snacks, our fully equipped kitchen is ready for your creations, complete with beautiful custom lighting.

~Dining Table: The indoor dining table is rather large and can seat up to 10 guests!

~Spacious Living Areas: We have two inviting living spaces where everyone can kick back, relax, and enjoy each other’s company.

~Bright & Cheery Atmosphere: Step inside and let the vibrant decor lift you into vacation mode! The colorful palette feels clean and new (because it is CLEAN and NEW)!

~Vanity Dressing Table: a separate vanity area, perfect for getting ready for your evening adventures can be found in the primary bedroom and outside the hall bathroom.

~There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

~Beach Essentials Provided: We’ve got your beach days covered as well! Towels, chairs, a cooler, totes, and an umbrella—just pack your sunscreen!

~Gas Grill: Ready to grill? Fire up the propane grill for a outside barbecue! There is a great outdoor dining table that seats 6 guests!

~Lanai: the enclosed lanai is great for keeping bugs and mosquitos at bay while still being able to sunbathe and get that summer tan!


~POOL & OPTIONAL POOL HEATER
The saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $25/night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

This home accommodates up to 12 guests with:

*Primary Bedroom: King Bed = sleeps 2
*Bedroom #2: Two Full Beds = sleeps 4
*Bedroom #3: Two Twin Beds =sleeps 2
*Guest Bungalow (Poolside): Full Bed = sleeps 2
*Additional Full-size memory-foam floor mattress (sleeps 2)


POOLSIDE GUEST BUNGALOW
The pink poolside bungalow offers the ultimate way to enjoy a unique tropical "glamping" experience! This private bungalow is equipped with a full-size bed, a Smart TV for your entertainment, a wall heater, your own beverage refrigerator and a window air unit to keep you cool. Guests in the bungalow will access the pool bathroom.

Get ready for a delightful stay in your own little slice of paradise! Please note: The bungalow is counted as a bedroom, bringing the total to 4 interior bedrooms plus the bungalow, which equals 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths!

This cozy retreat is separate from the main home, providing a bit of privacy that may not be suitable for guests of all ages. Please consider your group dynamics and sleeping arrangements when booking.


BATHROOMS:
This home has TWO full bathrooms. There are showers in both bathrooms, no bathtub.


PETS WELCOME!

Bring your furry companions along for the fun! We’re pet-friendly and happy to welcome your dogs (just let us know in advance!). For a $150 pet fee, you can bring up to two dogs—sorry, no cats allowed! Emotional support animals are also welcome and fall under the pet fee as per VRBO policy.. Let’s make it a family vacation, fur babies included!
