Great location for relaxed island living. The property was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It had basic amenities. There are a few maintenance things that should be addressed by the owner. But overall our stay was great and met our family’s needs.

Easy everything!

Wonderful host who works hard to ensure the stay is excellence. The house has a great water view but no direct access to it, so plan to walk or drive to water access. Great location with easy access to the national park, local eatery, ferry, museum and library. Perfect for a weekend stay and relaxing holiday.

Beautiful, Clean, and Relaxing

Staying at this rental was a wonderful experience. We are a picky bunch but this place was clean to our standards with no musty or chemical smells. The place is beautifully decorated, the views of the water are stunning, and the beds are comfortable. To top it off, check in and out instructions were clear and concise. At check-out, no ten-step chore list like some hosts make you do was very much appreciated and made for a quick and easy process so we had more time to enjoy our stay. Would absolutely stay again on future trips to Harkers Island.

Great view!

Thank you Ben for allowing us to stay in your home! Everything was perfect! Comfy beds, couches, and beautiful kitchen! The weather was great while we were there so we were able to enjoy the sounds of the water and peaceful view. Our daddy loved the ocean and we find peace in that! God bless!

Great house close to water

We enjoyed this house which has obviously been recently upgraded internally. We appreciated the availability of towels and sheets. Great view in the morning. I was easily able to park my boat under the house. You will have to back in down a longerish driveway but it's doable. The issues we found include the stairs need some attention along with a larger end of driveway rut that needs to be filled where dirt meets pavement. We also saw the washing machine was not working. While probably temporary was a real inconvenience while at the beach with kids. It is a great house inside and was also convent access to boat ramps.
