This relaxing home on the east end of St Croix is the perfect home base for your trip. With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and two twin beds, guests will have a pleasant stay. Gorgeous view and a short walk to the beach will make your trip very memorable.
The property also includes amenities like a AC, Private Pool, Hot Tub, and WiFi. Full Kitchen and laundry in unit. A grill is also available for outdoor cooking.
We have snorkeling equipment you may borrow, beach towels, and a cooler.

The house has a generator in case of power outages.

There are 2 security cameras on the property. One on the main house overlooking the pool and backyard. The other on the front of the main house overlooking the top driveway. These are only for security and can be disabled upon request.

This is my second stay & has become my go to any time I'm on island. Steven is extremely accommodating he goes above & beyond by far the best host I have ever dealt with.The house is always clean with everything you could need from coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, sunscreen & all the pots & pans to cook. The view is stunning & the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the reef is amazing while relaxing in the private Jacuzzi & pool! Very private don't hesitate to book you won't regret it!
Absolutely gorgeous place million dollar views from every spot! Pool & Jacuzzi was a huge bonus very relaxing & quiet & you can't beat hearing the beautiful sound of the ocean waves from the property. Beach is a short walk & is nice.Steven is a great host every question I had he answered quickly & did everything he could to make sure I had the best stay possible. I highly recommend staying here & will definitely be back! Two thumbs up Steven! The name says it all Easylivin!

Everything was great: the views, the amenities, the living space, the location, and the host. My only regret is wasting so much time looking at other options instead of going with my gut when I first saw this listing.I was hesitant for a few reasons but none of them turned out to be problems. The location looked a little further east than what I was hoping, but it turned out to be great (proximity to town, restaurants, the boardwalk, etc. was worth being a little further from the beaches on the West End). At 500 sq. ft., the living space sounded like it might be a bit small, but in reality it was more than enough and probably bigger than most hotel rooms (and you also don't go to St. Croix to sit inside... but there's plenty of room inside and out to relax on a down day).Then there was the feeling of "what's the catch"... not many reviews and not much history for a private pool, hot tub, living space, and property, with great views, in a good location, not shared with anyone else (not even the owner in the main home) at a very reasonable price? I'm happy to report there was absolutely no catch. This seems to be a simple matter of a newer listing and getting started, no strings attached.Many things were clearly brand new. Furniture with tags still attached (bed, nightstands, etc.), some towels still with tags, extra blankets/bedding in drawers still in plastic packaging, etc.One thing worth noting is you'll probably want an SUV/Jeep for the hill/driveway.

This house has been in the family for over 2 decades. Now we want to share it with the world. We rented in the past but had taken it off rental while we lived here permanently for several years. We have moved back to the states and have now opened it to rent again. The main house is not currently being rented.
