Tucked away on a country road between Harbert and Three Oaks is a home designed for relaxation: Third Coast Ranch. The three bedroom home, surrounded by trees, features an in-ground heated pool, hot tub, a small pond and gorgeous gardens.

Relax any time on the screened porch with ceiling fan, perfect for a rainy night. The dining table can seat 12 and the kitchen is large enough for several cooks at once. Roku TV with popular apps, fast WiFi, and extensive DVD collection.

Our quiet country roads and nearby trails are perfect for long walks or bike rides, surrounded by woods.

Fast Comcast Business WiFi with Google mesh makes it easy for everyone to use their devices.

Two fireplaces are anchored at each end of the home, one in the kitchen and the other in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed, ensuite full bath and wood burning fireplace. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds (twin over full) and a trundle perfect for 3 or 4 children. Bedroom 1 features a queen size bed and TV.

The home is one mile from Cherry Beach (with parking lot) and a short drive to antiques, wineries, breweries, farm stands and charming restaurants. This home is the ideal location for a family getaway, weekends away with friends or couples vacation.

The pool and hot tub are open seasonally. The chef's kitchen is stocked with everything you need. A private setting means you'll rarely run into neighbors.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No late check-outs. Please do not leave any dishes in the sink. Place used towels and linens in laundry room and start a load of linens. Set the Nest Thermostat to Eco mode. Turn off all lights.
Take all garbage and recycling to bins. Take trash bin to the end of the drive on Tuesday evening. Take recycling bin to end of drive on Wednesday.
Lock all screen doors, sliding doors and front door. Close pool cover. Return all pool toys and inflatables to the pool shed. Return all outdoor furniture to original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was the perfect space for a winter weekend getaway with friends. We had an wonderful bonfire and plenty of space for games and a movie night. The home was clean and very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, surrounded by trees. The property had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The amenities were top-notch, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable furnishings and extras we didn’t even expect. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, serene, relaxing - a gem of a property nestled in the woods. I can’t say enough about how relaxing this home is - and close enough to all that New Buffalo and the surrounding area has to offer! The home was clean and well supplied and the owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Absolutely wonderful stay!!

Fourth of July trip!

Had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend to anyone planning a trip to stay here. Jamie was very accommodating and communication was very easy. The property was very clean and the pool, hot tub, and fire pit areas were great. Also in a very quiet location and easy to find off the main road. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved the location of this home, it is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to the beach. The pool, outdoor space, and grill were wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Check in was easy, I only had one question after we arrived and the owner was very quick to answer.

Our family enjoyed a very relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of busy beaches and crowded streets we are used to on vacation. Being able to stay put was so nice. The owner was super helpful, and friendly. The house was perfect, the pool and hot tub, AMAZING! We will definitely return.
We had a sweet little visitor right outside one evening.
Can you spot the hawk? This is a great property for birdwatching!
The pool house had loads of floats and pool toys available for use.
Corn Hole game... also found in the pool house. Lot's of fun!

Jamie and Brian’s home was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The location is perfect—just a short drive to New Buffalo and several beautiful beaches. They’ve thoughtfully included so many small touches that made our visit extra special, like firewood for both the outdoor fire pit and the cozy fireplace in the primary bedroom, soft blankets for chilly evenings, and even s’mores supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and they’ve gone above and beyond by providing plenty of pool towels and sunscreen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to others.

We had a restful stay. The house was peaceful. The property had wildlife from black squirrels to woodpeckers and wild turkeys and a deer and her fauns. The screened in porch was wonderful. We enjoyed the heated pool, the comfortable beds, and relaxing atmosphere. Many things 15-30 minutes driving distance.Coffee shops, a salt cave, casual and fine dining, beautiful beach sunsets.The host was very accommodating, attentive when we communicated, and helpful, even offering to come clean out the pool. Hopefully we can visit again, as a couple of quite possibly with our family. I think our 3 teens would love this location. Could offer great family time but fun things to do so close by. Only thing we forgot to bring with us were games for the rainy day or tired evening when we didn't want to go out. But that doesn't effect my experience or stars for the hosts. We hope to return!
