Welcome to your luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of the stunning San Juan mountains, and just minutes away from Purgatory Ski Resort. This newly built home offers a perfect blend of comfort , luxury and convenience, while being a short 25 miles from the charming town of Durango. Relax in style in our cozy living room, unwind by the fireplace after a day of adventure, or step out onto the deck to savor the crisp mountain air. With easy access to skiing, hiking, and all of the wonders of the San Juan Mountains, your unforgettable Colorado getaway awaits at our mountain retreat.

Our beautiful home is located in Engineer Village, just across from Purgatory Mountain Resort. This comfortable, newly built home has accommodations for 11 and provides:

- 4 bedrooms (1 master suite)
- 3 full bathrooms
- 1 half bath
- large living/dining room w/ gas fireplace
- fully stocked gourmet kitchen
- washer/dryer
- free WIFI
- outdoor seating w/ gas firepit, grill, and hot tub
- stunning views of nearby Engineer Mountain

During your stay you'll also have access to the shared outdoor heated pool, hot tub, gym, club restaurants, and private ski lockers all located at Purgatory Resort, a short 5 minute drive away. We also provide complimentary coffee (ground coffee) and tea.. There is a Cuisinart drip coffee maker for your use, as well as an array of cookware and spices.

Enjoy ease of access to downtown Durango (25 miles south), or take in all that the San Juans have to offer with nearby alpine mountain biking, hiking trails, skiing, and fishing.

*Disclosure: This home is located in the San Juan mountains at high elevation, and 4-wheel drive may be necessary in the winter months. There are cameras on the property, all are exterior. One at the front entrance, one at the garage, and one at the back deck overlooking the stairs.

This home was wonderful for our extended family. The home and neighborhood are gorgeous. Plenty of room for our six. Our only sadness was the weather was spring rather than great snow for skiing, no controlling that.

Great house, with great views. Kids each had their own rooms. Walkout on both floors. Summer stay was very comfortable and just an overall pleasant visit!
