DESCRIPTION Garden House is part of The Bluff House estate which also has The Pink House and the Main Bluff House
Garden House is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom villa with 2 en suite bathrooms and private pool. The main living room flows naturally onto the covered balcony through 2 large screened patio doorways. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals or catering for a dinner party. The bedrooms are air conditioned and are configured as a king in the master and the second bedroom can be either twins or a king. The covered balcony stretches around 2 sides of the villa, both of which have great sea views. The pool deck is built out to allow full enjoyment of the trade winds and the view down along nearby Pigeon Beach With free WIFI throughout, The Garden House is the perfect vacation destination.
Bluff House, located on the same property, is a couple of minutes walk from The Yacht Club and Pigeon Beach in the famous yachting centre of English Harbour, Antigua. Comprising of a 6 bedroom villa with a separate 2 bedroom villa (Garden House), both with pools, plus a separate fully fitted Apartment (bed 6), Bluff House offers Fantastic accommodation options right in the heart of the Yachting community. Superb views starting over Pigeon beach and sweeping through Falmouth Harbour right around to the Marinas.
Bluff House: The master suite is air-conditioned and has a large master bedroom with a beautiful king bed with an en-suite bathroom, there is also a second bedroom within the suite, this is private and has its own bathroom too. The master suite has direct access to the covered balcony area that flows around 2 sides of the building opening up the amazing views. Harbour View bedroom is located on the North Side and also has an en-suite bathroom and access to the covered balcony. Kingsize 4 poster bed Poolside bedroom is located on the south side of the property and looks out to the swimming pool and entrance to Falmouth Harbour. It too has access via patio doors to the covered balcony. Twin or king bed, plus a third small single bed The Downstairs bedroom is located on the same level and corridor as the Apartment. It is En-Suite and has a Twin or King bed. The Apartment has a king bed plus a large sleeping sofa, kitchen, bathroom deck area and pool access. Off of the kitchen/living rooms is a very large covered seating area which benefits from the cooling trade winds. There is comfortable seating and a dining table for up to 12. The interior dining area can seat up to 10.

THE PINK HOUSE The Pink House is a 2 bedroom villa with En-suite bathrooms. There is an additional single bedroom located off bedroom 2 and shares its bathroom. It can sleep up to 5 adults, plus a child on a daybed in bedroom 2.
Located a 3 minute walk from both Pigeon Beach and the Yacht Club, The Pink House is ideally located. It is within the grounds of The Bluff House and The Garden House, altogether the Bluff property has 10.5 bedrooms, so is ideal for large families, groups and crews.
Brand new and fully equipped, The Pink House has everything you need for a perfect getaway in the beautiful English Harbour area.
The property has a swimming pool, sundeck, spa pool, views of Falmouth Harbour, air-conditioned bedrooms and living room/kitchen, large sundeck, gazebo, Fiber Optic WIFI, free off road parking and housekeeping.

Everything we expected, and a little bit more.
The setting above Foulmouth Harbour gives nice perspective and a wonderful view. The house is charming. The deck perfect. Comfortable accommodations. Well stocked kitchen. Great location. Attentive and thoughtful Hosts. We would definitely return.

Lovely villa, perfect location and great service.
We had a fantastic time in this really comfortable, well appointed and very well presented villa with amazing views out to sea and a great pool deck.
Clare and Nathan looked after us superbly, they were very helpful and responsive and did everything they could to make sure we had a good time. Probably the nicest and most efficient property management team we have experienced in many years of holiday rentals.
We’ve already booked our return visit!

Exceeded our expectations
Views are spectacular. Very clean. Steps to the beach. Quick walk to the shops/stores to get whatever you need. Having your own private pool and lounge area was something I didn't expect but loved.
