Great to have a pool but quite a basic place to stay. By the looks of it the photos were taken quite some time ago as there’s no hammock & the door in the middle has been boarded up. The listing is misleading, it has 2 (not 3) bedrooms & 2 (not 3) bathrooms. The ‘kitchen’ is a fridge & freezer, nothing else - although there is a nice big dinning table outside to sit at. It’s certainly not a 3 min walk to the beach, more like 15 (initially down a dirt track), I took a screen shot of the location when I was there, & uploaded so you can see. We used Tuk Tuk’s a lot. The WiFi did work really well & there was AC in one of the rooms but just a fan in the other. There was a lack of hot water, out of 8 days it worked for 3 (with constant promises that maintenance were on their way to fix it but usually didn’t happen).

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement à Zanzibar et notre expérience a été globalement décevante.Points positifs : la piscine est agréable, le salon extérieur offre un bel espace de détente, la literie est confortable, l’endroit est calme et nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel à l’accueil.Cependant, plusieurs points négatifs ont fortement impacté notre séjour :Coupures d’eau fréquentes, rendant le quotidien compliqué.Coupures d’électricité tous les soirs.Propreté insuffisante à notre arrivée.Climatisations non fonctionnelles.Serviettes de bain tachées et trouées.Mauvaise odeur persistante dans le logement.Jardin mal entretenu.Présence de fourmis dans la chambre et de termites dans un meuble étagère.La porte fenêtre verrouillée.En résumé, malgré quelques atouts, ce logement manque clairement d’entretien et de confort pour justifier le prix demandé. Nous espérons que des améliorations seront faites pour les futurs voyageurs.
