Oliveland house is perfect: Better than the pics, full of everything you may need as kitchen tools, laundry and so on.
The location is for the ones want to be in the silence and in the green. Main beaches are 15/20 mins driving from the house.
Danai and the mother are nice and very caring with their guests.
The only thing which is missing to stay 24h at home is a hammock 😂
Thank you for this fantastic experience.

''Beautiful traditional stone house a couple of kilometers from the village of Raches. Comfortable and fresh, it allows a truly pleasant stay. It is very comfortable and spacious, with wooden floors and traditional furniture. Ideal for those who love walking in nature and discovering the gardens and vineyards of Ikaria. The sea, with beautiful beaches and beautiful places can be reached in 15/20 minutes by car. Raches and Agios Dimitrios have a nice environment. The Afianes winery is very close, where the wine tasting is not to be missed! The owner of the house is very kind and very helpful.''

About the host
Hosted by Danai
I grew up in Athens and studied architecture for several years in France. I'm married to Nikos and we have two beautiful children.Having traveled to different places, I have acquired a sense of appreciation for what each unique spot has to offer. I enjoy meeting new people and hosting guests from around the world. It is great to hear about different interests and ideas, and I love to be helpful to my guests so they can enjoy their time off! My mother Moschoula, your hostess, is originally from ikaria. She has spent most of her life summer holidays there. As an architect, she remodeled the Oliveland House with passion and care paying attention in preserving all the architectural traditional elements. She is a very sociable and giving person. It will be a pleasure for her to host and help you see Ikaria island through her eyes!
