The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Clean the Kitchen and Dining room to the level of clean received it in. There will be another fee of $350 to clean kitchen and dining.
-All used towels please leave in the showers or tubs.
-Strip sheets and pillow cases and leave in each room they were taken off from. -Service animals must have prior approval. No Emotional Support Animals allowed. Fine $200 per animal, not approved.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location for our event in Fairview. We drove an electric car from California and were so pleased to find a charger down the street for us to use. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 11 to stay. The host was very responsive to an issue we had with one of the showers. Our highlight was the beautiful Mountain View’s!

24th reunion

The lodge was large and allowed all of our age groups to have space to spread out. The setting was peaceful and we enjoyed being out on the front patio or back basketball court. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen was well equipped even with spices and appliances.

Overall great place to stay!

Great location, close to stores, walking distance to a great park, quiet street and spacious property. Basketball court and porch sitting area. Large gathering areas/living rooms and plenty of seating to accommodate a big group. Our only complaint was that there's only 5 actual private bedrooms with doors and then a big loft area with half walls that counts as the other beds. It was great for the kids, we could have used one more private room, but we made it work ok. Still would highly recommend it!

We had a great time! The cabin is in a beautiful setting that makes you feel like you’re in the country but also 2 minutes from the grocery store. The space was great for a large group. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating and gathering areas. Just a few things to be aware of. They advertise this as an 8 bedroom when in reality it’s 5 private bedrooms and one giant loft with a little bit of seclusion for certain beds (half walls or open doorways). So if you need more than 5 private bedrooms this isn’t the place. Also, they ask you to clean the kitchen and dining room spotless or they charge an extra 200 on top of the cleaning fee you’re already paying. We were not aware of this and slightly bugged as we’ve never had to do that at any place we’ve rented before Overall it’s a great cabin, wonderful outdoor covered patio and a basketball court that our kids used constantly!
