The property is very conveniently located and well maintained. The host was very responsive and answered multiple questions as the time of our stay approached. We had a two-night stay and our only use was as a place to sleep.

Claire’s cozy studio is perfect for a weekend on the North Fork! It is in such a sweet spot and exactly what we needed for our stay. The studio is very sweet, getting in and out is easy. Claire was very quick to help with anything we needed. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

The studio is dusty, there were gross sponges and no microwave. The pic looks like there is one but it’s a toaster oven. Rust on shower curtain, strange pictures. It wouldn’t cost much to make this a cute room. Coffee maker is so old. Lucky can walk to 7-11. Get a cheap keurig ( 20 on amazon).

I find it hard to believe this review is for my place? The studio was cleaned thoroughly the day before you arrived, my listing clearly states there is a small convection oven in the kitchenette, not a microwave. I make a French press and pour over coffee cone available as with a kitchenette there is limited space for a larger appliance. There is no rust on shower curtain? Your review stands in such stark contrast with every other I’ve received in over 5 years I’m at a loss to imagine where you were.
