Nestled on the same 3‑acre estate as our main adobe home, The Pioneer House offers rustic‑chic charm and privacy. Ideal for two couples or a small group, it’s a cozy base in Arizona’s celebrated wine country!

🍷 Wine Enthusiasts: Multiple vineyards and tasting rooms are just a short drive away.

🏞️ Nature Lovers: Chiricahua National Monument is about a 40‑minute scenic drive, with excellent birding and stargazing.

🚗 Note: Tucson attractions (Gem Shows, UofA) are 75+ miles away (1+ hour drive). This retreat is best for a focused Willcox visit.

Outside, guests can relax and dine in the expansive backyard, which features a grill and outdoor seating with stunning mountain views. Whether indoors or outdoors, our guests have complete access to all areas of our charming retreat for a comfortable and memorable stay in Willcox’s wine country.

We chose this property because it was close to two hikes we wanted to do at Ft Bowie and Chiricauchua. Willcox is right down the road. It was the ideal spot for what we needed. Clean, comfortable and a great place to relax.

Clean, quiet, rustic, peaceful atmosphere. Close to everything. Downtown Wilcox, Chiricahua monument,apple annies orchard and pumpkin patch,and Lee's pecan farm. Which we went to them all.La Unica mexican restaurant down town was great food. Dont miss out on bird watching in the morning in the back yard, they have binocular too.Great mountain views.
