Very large house, good location, helpful owner

The house was very large, nice dining area, lots and lots of room, location was really good. The owner was very helpful, as he responded to questions very promptly and also sent help/people to address small requests. I recommend this property.

Für Gruppen super! WC und Dusche in jedem Zimmer. Sauber, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Internetverbindung per WLAN nicht wirklich brauchbar. Dafür aber preiswert!

Haus und Umgebung mit Charme

Das Haus ist wie abgebildet. Ein schönes, rustikales und großes Gebäude, mit viel Potential! Die Umgebung, das Dorf, die Landschaft ist malerisch! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war perfekt - die Kommunikation zur Haushälterin ebenso! Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Suited our needs perfectly

We (eight adults, ten children) rented this former guesthouse for a week. It was ideal! The house has nine double bedrooms, each with its own (tiny) bathroom, so you have plenty of privacy when travelling with several families like we did. The interior is rather dated, but everything was clean and functional. The beds are a bit creaky and wouldn't suit very tall (over 1.85 m) people but I slept well and enjoyed the peace and quiet in the area. The house is just a ten minute walk to town where you'll find some shops and restaurants. (The Italian restaurant, Il Centro, is very nice and reasonably priced). The ski lift is just a ten minute drive by car, and the bus stops right outside the house. The rental agent (Andre) was very friendly and answered all our questions prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend the house for large groups that wish to go skiing.

Erholung pur

Wir (12 Personen) verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus. Wir hatten massig Platz und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Skibus hielt direkt vor der Haustür und zu der Langlaufloipe im Ort (abends beleuchet) waren es nur ein paar Meter (Einstieg Pinzga-Loipe = vom Haus aus zu sehen und rechts halten). In Kaprun ist ein schönes Wellness-Bad (Tauern Spa) und in Zell am See waren wie in einer Eishalle. Also, Erholung pur - ein super Urlaub!

Urgemütliches Haus

Wir waren schon zweimal zum Skiurlaub mit einer größeren Gruppe in dem Haus. Es ist nicht super luxuriös aber völlig ausreichend und sehr gemütlich. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Sehr nette Kontaktpersonen und auch die Lage im Ort gut. Das Haus eignet sich sehr für mehrere Familien mit Kindern.
