$250 fee minimum will be applied per pet per night or if any pet hair or residue is found, not including cleaning costs. Follow parking instructions.
If additional cleaning is required and/or check-out instructions are not followed: $100 min. fee. Don’t drive around back of the home. No smoking.

We had a great stay at the Urban Oasis! The home was just as pictured - very clean and comfortable for a weekend stay! Chloe was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely stay again when we visit Mankato again!

Excellent home and host! So close to everything in the Mankato area and has many offerings. Stayed with a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The host, Chloe, was very communicative and made our stay very easy.

Perfect spot

Stayed for a week with my family, kids age 2 and 6. It was clean, comfortable, and a great size for a short stay. Good location in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from host.

Perfect spot

We walked to trails. We drove a short way to other trails. Downtown was a short drive for eating and shopping. It was so perfectly located. Our stay in Mankato was comfortable and so enjoyable!

Very nice duplex unit

Duplex unit was very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The host was also very communicative and helpful. Our only problem was VRBO listing a duplex unit as an "entire home." The host does mention that it's a duplex in a paragraph but that information is way down at the bottom of the listing on the app and very easy to miss. When we rent, we try to avoid multi-unit rentals and thought we had the home to ourselves. So, it was a bit of a surprise when we arrived to find people staying above us.
