Our spacious, open-concept barn comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and includes: Loft Bedroom: Queen bed + plug-in TV (guests can connect phones/devices) Main Floor Bedroom: Dreamy King size bed Five Twin Air Mattresses: With soft bedding provided—great for extra guests or kiddos!

Details You'll find a functional and charming kitchen featuring: A vintage 1930s farmhouse sink Brand new appliances: oven, dishwasher, large fridge Cookware + dining essentials: pots, pans, griddle, plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, mixing bowls & more Coffee maker & toaster Perfect for cooking meals together or grazing around the giant 12-ft island!

Relax and recharge in the spa-inspired bathroom featuring: Elegant freestanding tub Handheld shower nozzle Plush towels and cozy touches throughout 

Outdoor Space 

We keep the large patio tables indoors for protection but are happy to set them up for you upon request! Same with the plants and décor—just send a quick message before arrival if you’d like the outdoor space styled for your stay (weather permitting). 



Please Note 

This is an unplugged stay—we do not provide Wi-Fi. Many of our guests love the chance to unplug and truly unwind. The barn is part of an old Oklahoma farm. Please do not enter or climb any of the older barns or structures on the property. Watch your step while exploring and enjoy the open space with care.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you use any of the air mattresses, please leave out to be cleaned. Do not put back into the box.
Leave trash by front door when you leave. We will take it to the garbage for you.
Put all dirty towels in the wire basket
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The total number of overnight guests AND visitors must be accurately disclosed and approved in writing through VRBO before booking and before arrival
Maximum occupancy: 9 overnight guests Maximum people on property at any time: 15 total (including children) All visitors must leave by 12:00 AM
