The cabin is a ‘basic cabin’ that’s fine…we knew that going in. There were some interior signs of age & lack of maintenance. They were more cosmetic issues, did not prevent us from using the areas that were damaged/lacking. The Property Contact was out of state, and frankly functional with ‘check Google’ when the Realtor Lockbox was not opening…she could not really confirm the kitchen implements were stocked in kitchen (silverware as an example) her response was to go to Dollar Store and get what we need. Other than this passiveness..we visited Walmart to gather provisions and suddenly we were ‘camping’ this feedback should be viewed as neutral. Did not negatively last as a concern..we were there for a rugged timeout. We got that experience. We grilled and had a lovely little contained fire pit (who knew husband could construct a perfect little, safe fire?!) and we used the grill for a fantastic meal under the stars. We had a friend join us for dinner..(a kitty) so we sat outside with wine, kitty, fire and stargazing. The bedroom and comfort of the bed was gone. Slept well and enjoyed our little getaway. Prepared to be self-sufficient if you have a question (‘Google it!’) ..I would stay again.
